About the Event
In Partnership with YWCA Employment Navigator Program
Join us and our guest speaker, Jennifer from The YWCA Employment Navigator Program, who will do a program introduction and go over some common barriers single mothers face when searching for work and education; and how they can help you overcome those barriers through providing information on supports available, in addition to talking about employment programs at the YWCA, and funding opportunities such as bursaries and government funding for those moms who are wanting to go to post-secondary.
The YWCA Employment Navigator Program supports single mothers by helping them access information and navigate resources and programs in employment and education; empowering them with the tools and skills necessary to overcome barriers and achieve financial independence for their families.
