About the Event
In Partnership with Richmond Public Library
When we encounter challenging and new situations, we experience a cocktail of emotions. Sometimes it is tough to recognize the mixed emotions that might be rising up to the surface.
Join us and learn about emotions: What they are?, Where they come from, and what is their purpose?
Sometimes we cannot handle things by ourselves, and the best strategy is to ask for help. This webinar will also provide resources, so you can create or expand your support system!
Bring your power back by learning new tools to cope with the daily challenges and the unknowns of the future.
Q&A session included.
