BCSIS supports the social and economic integration of temporary residents.  We help answer your questions about living in BC, finding work, and immigration. We are a BC government funded program - all our services are free.

ABOUT US

BC Settlement & Integration Services (BCSIS) provides information, support, resources and referrals to help temporary residents in pursuing pathways to permanent residency, thrive in today's labour market, and establish connections in the workplace and in the community.
 

BCSIS is a program delivered by S.U.C.C.E.S.S., one of the largest social service organizations in BC.

We are funded by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs.

IMMIGRATION

We can answer questions about staying permanently in BC.
We also invite lawyers and immigration consultants to share current information about Canadian immigration.

EMPLOYMENT

We can help you with your
job search; from resumes, labour-market information,
to connecting you with
local employers.

 NETWORKING

Networking events are there for you to meet local professionals and peers from different industries. Networking is key to finding work and getting insight into careers.

ELIGIBILITY

We help:

  • Post-Secondary International Students 

  • Foreign Workers with valid work permits 

  • Provincial Nominees who waiting for permanent resident status

  • Refugee Claimants

  • Naturalized Citizens (Citizens born outside of Canada)
